Hi, I'm Lynée, the Founder of HGC Wellness and former commercial real estate professional turned energy coach and wellness specialist. After spending 15 years immersed in the fast-paced corporate hustle of NYC, burnout was looming and I noticed something major was missing. The human component. So I embarked on a mission to explore wellness, seeking a balance between work and life, and discovering tools for mindful working. The journey proved transformative and HGC Wellness was created with the goal of nurturing the human component of the corporate world through mindful experiences.

Now, nearly seven years and extensive training later, I take pride in guiding ambitious professionals through nervous system recalibration using sound therapy, guided meditation, and breathwork practices. When we step into life and work with centered energy, big goals can be realized.
